Please note my daily rate is £175 + VAT at a fixed Quote for any consultancy work.  

For many of our my clients I act as a Business Mentor.This means I act as an independent business friend and advisor on a variety of subjects and introduce you to other specialists if necessary.

Most clients will be visited many times each year and any ideas or problems can be discussed during these meetings as part of the service. Likewise, brief telephone conversations to get advice will not be charged separately.    

I offer practical sales and marketing techniques at a fair price.    A fixed quote will be given to highlight ways to cost effectively increase your sales and improve your marketing effort. All the possible techniques will be evaluated and the chosen options will be implemented.

I can identify the best value for money suppliers of professional and general business services and audit your purchasing departments performance.

This area is changing constantly. We invest in an employment law database to keep up to date and advise our clients.

Rewards. Training and developing  employees can bring big improvements. As well as accounting and computer software training we can offer access to internet business training programmes at your premises in a variety of business areas and monitor your staff members progress.

Recruitment. Fixed fees for both Accounts staff and Senior Staff recruitment. Fees include advertising, holding interviews and checking references.Getting the right staff first time at a reasonable cost is money well spent. Remember, our main aim is long term client satisfaction.
